This time we are running the BIG CYPRESS as a RUSA
BREVET instead
of ACP. That means it only is usable for NATIONAL MEDALS and
AWARDS like the R12 and RUSA only series and RUSA miles/KHOUND, etc. Also this time we are going to run this as a BUDGET BREVET. That means it will be "like" a permanent however it does not require that you be a RUSA MEMBER to do the ride (the $5 is to cover RUSA lliability insurance) Because this is a BUDGET BREVET there is no staffed controls and no lunch. At the stores get stamps if they got them if not get a receipt and include the reciept when you hand in your card. In the town of Immokalee near the control there are several places for lunch. *Wendys is on the right about a mile BEFORE the control * (Behind the Wendys on the other side of WinnDixie is a SUBWAY) * across from the wendys on the left side is a Burger King * Across from the control there is a McDonalds * After the control there is a Popeyes chicken |
